FAQ – frequently asked questions
Does it include bundle treatments?
Yes! All model treatments are included in the scheme and will benefit from additional discount, even bundle treatments. As long as you’re paying for your treatment, we will count each individual training session.
Can I share my loyalty card?
Sorry, each loyalty card is for the sole use of the individual client; so unfortunately, you can’t share it with friends/family to get it filled up faster.
Is there an expiry on the loyalty card?
There is no expiry date – you can collect over as long or short a time as you wish.
Does it work on skincare treatments as well as injectables?
Yes, all paid for model treatments are included in the scheme.
Can I get a replacement card if I lose mine?
Don’t worry if you lose your card or lose track – we keep a record on our system.
